Conference 2009
What a fantastic conference we enjoyed this year in the setting of the University of York! With a theme of Musical Development, keynotes were delivered by Lincoln Abbotts, Tony Knight and Katherine Zeserson and the wide range of exciting breakout sessions provided a really stimulating start to the academic year.
It was great to see so many of you gathered together, and lots of new faces that we hope to get to know more in the coming months. A report from the conference will appear on the site soon!!
The annual NAME conference provides a great opportunity for music education practitioners from all aspects of education to come together to meet and network with professionals from all sectors of music education. It also provides an opportunity to look at the latest in music resources from a range of NAME’s corporate members.
We’d like to hear from you if you attended the Conference? Did you have any ‘lightbulb’ moments or comments about the event you’d like to share?
