ABRSM 2-day residential course in June for string teachers and students

Strings teachers and students interested in ensemble teaching will want to look into ABRSM's two-day residential course Teaching String Ensembles to be held in Warwick Arts Centre on 26-27 June 2010.  The course will be led by the Coull Quartet and Penny Stirling and is part of the ABRSM's continuing professional development (CPD) programme. Early Years Music Conference

Chethams' School of Music, Manchester is hosting a conference for anyone who actively believes in engaging young children with music. The conference is free of charge (with a small refundable deposit to reserve a place) and takes place on 27 and 28 November. There are workshops at introductory level (Friday) and development level (Saturday) with fantastic leaders.
